LSS Immigration Legal Services Legal Services on Immigration Issues. We offer Immigration Legal Services for a nominal fee to help refugees, asylees and other immigrants living in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud complete immigration documents – including Permanent Resident, Naturalization, Employment Authorization, and family visa applications.

The LSS Center for New Americans helps refugees become self-sufficient through services, including orientation, case management, employment services, English classes, citizenship classes, and immigration services. Some services are available for immigrants who come to the US by choice.

This service provides assistance for refugees or secondary migrants who need additional help after the 90-day resettlement period.
