Boom Boom Rocket is the first rhythm game for Xbox Live Arcade and was developed by Geometry Wars creators Bizarre Creations and published by the Pogo division of Electronic Arts. The game was made backwards compatible on Xbox One on July 26, 2016.

Beat Saber is a virtual reality rhythm game developed and published by Beat Games. The game features the player slashing blocks representing musical beats with a pair of energy blades. The game had been in early access for the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Windows Mixed Reality on Microsoft Windows PCs since May 2018, and was fully released in May 2019. A first PlayStation VR version was released in November 2018. The game was also a launch title for the Oculus Quest, released in May 2019.

Botanicula est un jeu vidéo indépendant sorti le 19 avril 2012 et réalisé par Amanita Design, le collectif tchèque déjà à l'origine des deux opus de Samorost et de Machinarium. Le jeu est conçu par Jaromír Plachý, précédemment animateur sur Machinarium.
